The Volunteer Action Group \u201cThe Castle of Chios \u2013 A Lost Paradise\u201d and the Ephorate of Antiquities of Chios will hold a screening of the award-winning social film \u201cFish n\u2019 chips\u201d by Ilias Dimitriou, on Wednesday 28-8-2019 at 21:00 in the courtyard of the Ottoman Bath in the Castle of Chios.<\/p>\n

Admission is free of charge.<\/p>\n

Plot: Andy, a hard working Cypriot immigrant working in a a fish \u2018n chips shop in London, decides to start a new life in his homeland together with his German girlfriend and her daughter. His brother\u2019s welcome, though, is somewhat awkward, Cyprus is different from what he remembered, and the fish \u2018n chips canteen he opens is a business failure.<\/p>\n
