We would like to remind you that—as happens every year—our Ephorate will celebrate the August full moon on Friday, August 28th. The following sites will be open to the public with free admission from 8:00 PM to midnight: the Byzantine Museum in the town square (Mecidiye Mosque), the Ottoman Bath in the Castle of Chios, the archaeological site at Emporios, the Osmaniye Mosque (Frangomachalas), and the Giustiniani Palace in the Castle of Chios.
We invite you, then, to join us on August 28th in celebrating the brightest moonlit night of this summer.
