ΑΝΑΔΟΜΗΣΗ ΝΑΟΥ ΑΓΙΟΥ ΙΣΙΔΩΡΟΥ ΚΑΙ ΑΝΑΔΕΙΞΗ ΤΗΣ ΠΑΛΑΙΟΧΡΙΣΤΙΑΝΙΚΗΣ ΒΑΣΙΛΙΚΗΣ

The church of Agios Isidoros at Letsaina in the city of Chios encloses within it the martyrium of Agios Isidoros, the oldest martyr in the Aegean region; its interior is covered in 5^th and 6^th century A.D. mosaic floors.

The project “Rebuilding the church of Agios Isidoros and enhancement of the Early Christian basilica” has been incorporated into the North Aegean Regional Partnership Agreement and will be executed with own means and on an ex-post budget basis, with a budget of 1,000,000.00 € and projected completion date December 2021.
